You should also remove from your diet things that can cause potential problems. For example, sugars are a problem because they help to produce insulin. Insulin is an ageing accelerate and something you don’t need extra of. By minimising the amount of sugars you eat, you reduce the amount of insulin, which reducing the ageing effects it will have on your body.
